💡 About the Role

After three years of consistent 2x year-over-year growth in our B2B segment, we're ready to scale our enterprise sales motion systematically. We need to build a disciplined outbound engine and establish repeatable processes that can support our next phase of growth.


We're looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development to define how we sell to and win with Indonesia's leading enterprises, building the frameworks, processes, and team culture, and owning the entire enterprise go-to-market strategy at RevoU.


You'll shape how we show up in every deal: from first conversation to contract signature, from initial engagement to long-term strategic partnership.


🎯 More specifically, you will:

  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team as a strategic thought partner on enterprise growth, market positioning, and partnership strategy

  • Build and lead the sales function: setting standards, coaching your team to excellence, and establishing a world-class enterprise sales culture across RevoU

  • Design and execute our inside sales and outbound sales engine, creating predictable pipeline generation and scalable processes that fuel our growth ambitions

  • Own the enterprise sales playbook: from qualification frameworks to deal acceleration tactics, from pricing strategy to proposal development

  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite executives at Indonesia's largest enterprises, positioning RevoU as the strategic workforce transformation partner of choice

  • Drive revenue accountability: You'll own significant annual revenue targets and be responsible for forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and consistent quota achievement across your team

  • Be both player and coach: You'll model excellence by leading strategic deals yourself while developing your team to do the same


This role requires someone who can toggle seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, someone equally comfortable strategising with our Leadership Team, negotiating creative deal terms that push the envelope, and coaching a rep through a complex procurement process.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We're looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.


✅ Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Must-Haves:


  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with 2+ years in sales leadership, managing teams and consistently closing complex, high-value deals

  • Builder mindset with proven execution: You've built sales processes, playbooks, and outbound engines from scratch.

  • Consultative selling expertise: You've sold tailored solutions in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or management consulting (especially around people strategy and workforce transformation). You excel at deep discovery, multi-stakeholder navigation, and positioning strategic offerings that require C-suite buy-in

  • Exceptional at both strategy and details: You run structured deal processes from ideation to implementation, orchestrating internal stakeholders (product, ops, finance) and external ones (champions, buyers, procurement). You read every word of contracts and understand how terms impact the business long-term

  • Strong communicator and coach: You articulate complex ideas simply to any audience, from engineers to C-suite executives. You've developed talent, coached reps to exceed quota, and built high-performance cultures

  • Data-driven and accountable: You manage by metrics (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity, win/loss), forecast accurately, and hold yourself and your team accountable to revenue targets

  • Strong culture fit: You put the company first, not your personal brand. You're direct and honest internally you stay even-keeled through emotional ups and downs, and you have the moral compass to do the right thing even when it's uncomfortable
