💡 About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to take ownership of large-scale corporate training programs for our clients. This is a senior client-facing role, responsible for making sure complex training initiatives are delivered with impact, on time, and at the highest quality.
You’ll be working directly with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners. Your focus will be on driving program success and client satisfaction, not just coordinating logistics. 🎯More specifically you will:
Program Leadership
Lead end-to-end management of long term and high complexity corporate training programs.
Set clear success metrics with clients and ensure programs are delivered against agreed objectives.
Establish program governance: steering committees, risk reviews, and regular reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main contact for senior client representatives, building trusted and lasting relationships.
Manage multiple stakeholders including clients, experts, instructors, and partners, ensuring alignment across all parties.
Handle escalations with professionalism and solution oriented communication.
Delivery & Quality
Partner with learning, curriculum, and instructor teams to make sure content and delivery consistently meet client expectations.
Oversee training delivery across formats (online, offline, hybrid) with a focus on consistency and quality.
Monitor participant engagement and satisfaction, and lead post program reviews to capture improvements.
Team & Project Management
Guide and mentor internal team assigned to the program.
Develop timelines, milestones, and risk management plans to keep programs on track.
Continuous Improvement
Define quality standards and ensure they are applied across all programs.
Capture best practices and build playbooks for future projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry practices in corporate training and executive education.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.
✅ Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
5–8 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in corporate training, consulting, education services, or professional services.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi stakeholder projects with long timelines and significant budgets.
Strong client facing experience, comfortable engaging with senior managers and executives.
Excellent organizational and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Solid leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, and coordinate team members.
Familiarity with L&D or HR development practices is a plus.
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an advantage.
