💡 About the Role
RevoU is looking for a creative individual who is passionate about storytelling and social media building to manage our brand's online presence. As the Social Media Executive, you will be given the valuable opportunity to own our end-to-end content production and execution across multiple platforms. This role will allow you to directly shape our brand's voice, drive engagement, and achieve key marketing objectives.
Here, you will work within the Community & Social Media Growth team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in design, marketing, and business development to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
🎯 More specifically, you will:
Own the entire content lifecycle, from initial research and planning to copywriting, shooting, editing, and scheduling & uploading across all our social media platforms.
Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with our brand positioning and drive overall marketing goals.
Engage with our online community by monitoring conversations, moderating discussions, and building meaningful connections to enhance our brand presence.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, etc, to ensure a consistent brand message and seamlessly integrated campaigns.
Innovate by staying updated with the latest social media trends, competitor activities, and platform developments to identify new growth opportunities.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.
✅ Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Creative Storytelling & Content Creation Skills ✍️: You are a natural storyteller who can bring our brand's voice to life. You’ll need strong copywriting skills to create engaging captions and the hands-on ability to produce visually compelling content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Passion for Digital Trends & Innovation ✨: The social media world moves fast, and you love being a part of it. You are constantly exploring new platform features, content formats, and emerging trends, proactively bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills 🤝: You will be working with multiple teams, including design, marketing, etc. You need to be able to communicate your ideas clearly and work collaboratively to ensure our campaigns are cohesive and executed smoothly.
Proven Social Media Management Experience 📲: You have hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You understand the unique nuances of each platform and have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to build an engaged online community.
