💡 About the Role

As a Sr. Performance Marketing Executive, you will manage lead acquisition across our paid channels and support the marketing analytics that power our decisions. Your primary goal is to help deliver revenue targets with controlled CAC through paid channels and marketing experimentation.


You will work closely with the creative team and the broader marketing team to turn media spend into qualified demand and revenue through effective campaign execution, fast experimentation, and close collaboration. You will also manage the marketing analytics stack from tracking to reporting and insight generation. You will turn raw data into clear actions that lift conversion and reduce CAC.


We expect strong fluency with AI. You already use it in your day-to-day work to research markets, brainstorm angles, accelerate analysis, and generate or iterate creative assets with speed and taste.


🎯More specifically you will:

  • Build the acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels with clear targets for lead quality and CAC

  • Partner with the Creative team and the Performance Marketing team to lead structured brainstorms that turn insights into clear briefs and high performing concepts, hooks, formats, and assets

  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting across paid channels and the website, spot trends, and turn them into clear actions including budget allocation proposals

  • Design high velocity test plans across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and admission funnel, then scale what works

  • Monitor search results performance across SEM and SEO, including impression share, top queries, and page coverage

  • Use AI to research markets, accelerate analysis, and generate or iterate creative assets that raise speed and output quality

  • Conduct periodic competitive research and ongoing market monitoring to keep us ahead

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.

✅ Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in performance marketing with deep hands on experience in Meta and SEM with a proven track record of improving CAC

  • Advanced skills in marketing analytics, including building the right dashboards, analyzing each channel with the right metrics and deep dives, and applying funnel analysis to turn insights into clear actions

  • Advanced AI fluency for research, brainstorming, analysis, and creative asset generation

  • Strong experimentation skills, from hypothesis and design to execution and analysis

  • Strong competitive research capability using tools such as Similarweb and AI tools to map channels, estimate traffic, analyze messaging and offers, and turn it into insights

  • Proficient in GA4, UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager

  • Working knowledge of SEO including monitoring search traffic, queries, and rankings in Google Search Console

  • High ownership with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams, combined with curiosity and a drive to learn fast and ship outcomes


Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of SQL to query databases

  • Experience executing and optimizing YouTube and TikTok campaigns with measurable impact on CAC

  • Advanced SEO knowledge including use of Google Search Console and Ahrefs or Semrush

  • Knowledge of using n8n to build marketing or analytics workflows
