Why we train differently
What usually goes wrong
Most trainers teach frameworks and methods in the abstract. Teams learn the words and sprints, releases and incidents keep running the same way.
How we train
Before the class, we agree with you what the training should improve, such as release speed, product decisions or security gaps. Every topic is built toward that.
What usually goes wrong
Product managers, engineers and juniors sit through the same material, so it is too basic for some and too deep for others.
How we train
We meet your team and run a quick skills check. Each role gets the topics it needs, at the level it is at.
What usually goes wrong
Exercises use toy apps and textbook cases that look nothing like your systems.
How we train
Participants practise on your real roadmap, backlog and stack, with sensitive code kept inside your environment. Each team finishes with a working output they can use.
What usually goes wrong
One trainer, 30 people, and most of the class waits for help while practising.
How we train
A mentor works alongside the instructor, so each participant gets help on their own code and backlog during the exercises. After the class the team can still bring questions to the instructor.
Coverage
We combine the topics you choose into one program, taught on the tools and stack you already use.

FAQ
Yes. Exercises use your real backlog, stack and tools. Where code cannot leave your environment, we train inside your own systems and follow your security rules.
We start with discovery, a quick skills check and a conversation with the team lead. People are then grouped by role and level, so juniors and seniors each get material that fits.
Yes. Every topic includes how to use AI in that work, from coding assistants like Copilot and Claude Code to AI for product and security tasks. Teams building their own AI agents can add the AI engineering topics.
We agree upfront which numbers the training should move. Every participant takes a skills check before and after, and each team leaves with a real output (a product spec, a working feature or a security review).
Every class has a mentor working with the instructor. The instructor teaches, the mentor helps each participant apply it to their own code, backlog and projects during the exercises.
Every program is built after discovery, so we don't have a fixed syllabus. Tell us about your team and we'll send a draft outline.
