💡 About the Role
As a Class Manager, you will be the face, host, and experience owner of our offline classes for New Products programs. You will take charge of facilitating sessions, innovating engaging class activities, and ensuring a professional, enjoyable, and smooth experience for all participants from start to finish 🎤✨
Your key responsibilities include:
Acting as an MC and main moderator for live class sessions, including welcoming and introducing instructors and participants and setting a positive, professional tone.
Guiding discussions, managing Q&A segments, and ensuring all voices are heard while keeping the session flow on track.
Observing class dynamics and proactively engaging participants, using creative approaches to build energy and sustain attention.
Innovating and executing class activities (e.g., icebreakers, energizers, reflection exercises) to enhance learning experience and foster connection.
Resolving participant concerns or escalations with empathy and speed during the learning journey.
Managing all aspects of class preparation, such as crafting the main onboarding message on WhatsApp group, ensuring room setup, materials, tools, LMS and supporting resources are ready and organized before sessions begin.
Owning class inventory management, including tracking, replenishing, and organizing supplies or learning tools as needed.
Coordinating closely with instructors and the program team to ensure run-down accuracy, session readiness, and alignment on expectations.
Gathering, documenting, and sharing feedback and insights after each session to improve the program experience continuously.
Taking ownership of class quality, ensuring that every detail from participant arrival to session wrap-up reflects RevoU’s commitment to excellence and care.
✅ Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Experience hosting live, in-person sessions or events, whether as a facilitator, MC, or class coordinator. You’re comfortable standing in front of a room, guiding the agenda, and keeping participants engaged face-to-face.
Strong communication skills, both in front of an audience and behind the scenes. You can clearly guide a group while also collaborating smoothly with instructors and the program team.
Student-oriented mindset. You genuinely care about creating a positive environment where participants feel valued, supported, and encouraged to learn.
Operational discipline and attention to detail. You’re organized and meticulous, ensuring every offline class runs smoothly, materials are prepared, and the space is set up perfectly.
Creativity and adaptability. You bring fresh ideas for class activities and energizers, and you adjust on the spot when dynamics change.
Ownership and initiative. You don’t wait for direction but you take responsibility for the end-to-end class experience and proactively solve challenges as they arise.
A genuine passion for learning environments and helping others grow. You care about making every session impactful, motivating, and seamless.
