💡 About the Role
We are looking for a Project & Account Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder education and capability-building programs with top enterprises and institutions.
This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of program execution, relationship management, and strategic communication. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale learning and engagement initiatives, from campaign activation to learning operations and post-program reporting.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring programs are delivered smoothly, expectations are clearly managed, and all stakeholders (internal and external) remain aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems diplomatically, and takes pride in orchestrating excellence across multiple moving parts.
🎯More specifically you will:
Program Leadership & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale education and capability-building programs with enterprise and institutional partners.
Translate high-level partner goals into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor progress, identify risks early, and ensure timely, high-quality execution across all workstreams; from marketing and recruitment to program delivery and post-program reporting.
Ensure program outcomes are met through structured planning, regular reviews, and continuous improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for partner stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and open communication.
Manage expectations clearly and tactfully, explaining trade-offs and ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
Navigate complex partner environments by understanding who makes decisions, who influences them, and how to manage each effectively.
Represent RevoU professionally in meetings, progress reviews, and executive presentations.
Internal Coordination & Communication
Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Data, Learning) to align plans, priorities, and timelines.
Keep communication structured and transparent so that everyone is clear on ownership, progress, and next steps.
Escalate risks or blockers early and facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain strong documentation and ensure accountability on every deliverable.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.
✅ Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Experience: 4–6 years in project or account management, ideally managing large-scale programs or partnerships with enterprise or institutional clients in the last 2 years.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage senior-level stakeholders, maintain strong relationships, and navigate complex organizational structures.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to convey complex updates clearly and diplomatically.
Project Ownership: Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.
Expectation Management: Confident in handling difficult conversations and providing structured, logical reasoning when setting boundaries or pushing back on requests.
Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and learning teams, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward shared goals.
Bonus Points
Experience working with large organizations, especially in education, corporate learning, and employer branding.
Familiarity with managing recruitment or learning programs at scale.
Comfortable using productivity and project-tracking tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or similar).
