As Head of Sales for our B2C line, you will be at the center of this mission—leading the team that drives our revenue growth and helps thousands of aspiring professionals change their lives through our programs.

🎯More specifically you will:
Design & implement the winning playbook: Ensure our sales team has the right tactics, scripts, and processes to consistently enroll students at scale.
Build performance visibility: Establish a transparent, data-driven QC system to objectively identify top and bottom performers, and use this to drive continuous improvement.
Coach, develop, and motivate: Provide structured feedback, mentorship, and the right level of challenge to push the team towards peak performance.
Hire and scale top talent: Identify, attract, and recruit high-potential sales professionals who can thrive in a high-performance culture.
Own the revenue number: Set, track, and deliver on aggressive monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue goals.
Optimize conversion: Build strategies to maximize lead-to-enrollment conversion across all channels, using data and experimentation.
Drive sales excellence: Implement processes, playbooks, and tools to ensure consistent performance, strong customer engagement, and high conversion rates.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment of sales strategy with lead generation, customer journey, and overall business goals.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Proven sales leadership experience: At least 5–7 years in sales with 2+ years leading and scaling a sales team, ideally in B2C or other high-velocity environments.
Playbook mindset: Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales playbooks that replicate success across teams.
Performance management expertise: Experience building systems to objectively measure performance, identify top/bottom performers, and take action.
Talent spotter: Track record of hiring top performers and quickly identifying high-potential talent during the recruitment process.
High energy and drive: A natural motivator who thrives in ambitious environments and pushes teams to go above and beyond.
Excellent communication skills: Able to inspire both customers and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
Data-savvy and strategic: Comfortable with funnel analysis and using data to guide sales optimization.
