📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, partnerships, or business development especially engaging external talent
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Excellent organizational and project management ability across multiple pipelines
Comfort working with data and metrics to inform decision-making
A genuine interest in education, digital learning, and helping others grow
A proactive, builder mindset—you don’t wait for direction, you create it

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire high-quality contributors for learning programs particularly in niche, technical, or emerging subject areas
Design and implement sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, industry communities, and targeted outreach
Screen and evaluate candidates for instructional ability, domain expertise, and alignment with RevoU’s learner-focused culture
Partner closely with internal teams (Program, Curriculum, Enterprise) to anticipate talent needs and plan ahead
Maintain detailed contributor records, including availability, onboarding progress, feedback, and re-engagement history
Support onboarding and engagement to ensure new instructors are set up for success and retained
Monitor acquisition metrics and analyze performance data to refine and improve recruitment strategies
