💡 About the Role
As the Sales Enablement supporting the Head of Business Development at RevoU, you’ll be the engine behind our corporate training proposals and client engagement. You’re a master organizer with the agility to move fast, a sharp eye for detail, and a strategic mindset to craft personalized, compelling proposals that resonate with client needs.
You’ll work closely with BD on pitching, proposal drafting, and managing the entire process—from identifying the right instructors, coordinating with delivery teams, to stakeholder communication. You’re the glue that holds all pieces together and the force that drives proposals from concept to close.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.
✅ Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Experience supporting sales, business development, or client services teams, preferably in B2B or Education environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to align multiple internal and external stakeholders smoothly
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple proposals and pitching pipelines simultaneously
Comfortable working with data and sales tools to track progress such as HubSpot to update pipelines, and ensure timely delivery
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate needs and drive action
In overall, we’re looking for someone who’s both strategic and execution-focused, ready to build at scale and move fast with precision.

Key Responsibilities
Support Head of BD in preparing highly personalized proposals by gathering client requirements and tailoring syllabi accordingly
Accompany BD in pitching sessions, ensuring follow-up actions and communications are executed promptly and professionally
Manage proposal documentation, from syllabus customization, and timely distribution to clients
Coordinate with internal teams—such as instructors sourcing, delivery, and operations—to secure appropriate resources and ensure smooth proposal-to-delivery handoff
Schedule and send invitations or reminders for client meetings, technical meeting with expert demos, and pitch follow-ups
Track proposal pipeline status and maintain accurate records within CRM (HubSpot) or project management tools
Collaborate closely with delivery and curriculum teams to confirm syllabus feasibility and instructor fit before final proposal submission
Support internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness in all touchpoints
