💡 About the Role

At RevoU, we are on a mission to redefine how professionals upskill and advance their careers. We are expanding our product offering with the bold ambition of becoming the market leader in new learning and upskilling categories. To make that happen, we’re looking for a Special Projects Executive of New Products who will be the driving force ensuring our launches and programs run seamlessly from idea to execution.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. One day you might be mapping out the preparation plan for a new product; the next, you’re on the ground making sure every detail of the learner experience is flawless. Your mission is clear: deliver operational excellence that allows our learners, instructors, and teams to focus on what matters most — learning and growth.

🎯More specifically you will:

  • End-to-end product operation: Own the operational plan,  managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables from concept to evaluation of new products. You’ll act as the project manager who tracks progress and keeps everyone accountable to deadlines.

  • Stakeholder alignment and communication: Act as the central point of contact to align with all stakeholders (instructors, curriculum developers, Class Managers, Program Owners, external vendors) involved in the program. It’s your job to make sure everyone knows what needs to happen and when, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

  • Class readiness and logistics management: Ensure venues, materials/equipment, and the Learning Management System (LMS) and tools are set for every session. On class days, support the Class Manager and instructors on‑site or on call and quickly troubleshoot any operational hiccups.

  • Ownership of project delivery and quality: Take responsibility for the overall execution quality of the program by monitoring the flow of activities following the plan. If something isn’t up to par, you intervene or find a solution. Essentially, you act as the guardian of the class experience, making sure that operational issues never detract from learning outcomes.

  • Continuous improvement and documentation: Gather feedback on what could be improved operationally, refine processes and build playbooks that allow us to launch faster, scale smarter, and continuously raise the bar. You are in charge of maintaining clear documentation and reports on each launch (timelines, issues faced, participant satisfaction, etc.), so the team has visibility and can celebrate success or learn from setbacks.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.

✅ Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Proven project management experience and a structured approach: At least 2+ years in project management, operations, or similar roles handling complex initiatives. Able to break down goals into actionable plans, track progress, and ensure nothing is overlooked.

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail: Highly meticulous in planning and execution, with systems in place to track all moving parts. Ensures every class in any format is fully prepared and runs without operational gaps.

  • Tech-savvy and AI-driven mindset: Comfortable leveraging AI tools, project management software, and collaboration platforms to drive efficiency and automate workflows.

  • Curiosity, agility, and fast-learning ability: Quick to absorb new topics, processes, and tools, and adapts easily to change. Thrives in dynamic environments where learning never stops.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and in person. Builds trust by keeping stakeholders informed and aligned while ensuring timelines are met.

  • High Task & Relationship Management (TRM): Balances driving results with building strong working relationships. Can lead without formal authority through reliability, understanding, and collaboration.

  • Ownership mentality and proactiveness: Treats every program as their own, anticipates needs and proactively solve problems & improves processes without waiting for instructions.

  • Problem-solving skills under pressure: Stays composed and resourceful when unexpected challenges arise. Quickly finds practical solutions while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

  • Passion for education and impact: Cares deeply about helping learners grow and succeed. Goes above and beyond to create impactful program experiences.

We’re after someone more than just an operations expert. This role puts you at the forefront of building and scaling RevoU’s next wave of growth. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and ambition, and you’re eager to leave your mark on the future of learning, we’d love to meet you.

Here’s what the ideal candidate looks like:

  • Master organizer & planner: Brings order to chaos with schedules, checklists, and timelines. Ensures every task is tracked and deadlines are consistently met.

  • Adaptable problem solver: Stays calm when plans change or issues arise. Thinks on their feet to keep projects moving forward.

  • Tech-savvy operator: Uses project management software, AI tools, and other tech to work efficiently. Knows how to combine digital tools with judgment to make smart decisions.

  • Collaborative partner: Builds strong relationships across teams and listens to feedback. Communicates clearly and keeps groups aligned toward a shared goal.

  • Ownership mindset: Takes responsibility for outcomes and acts before being asked. Proactively solves issues and earns trust by following through.

  • Mission-driven mindset: Cares deeply about helping people learn and grow. Finds purpose in creating impactful learning experiences.
