💡 About the Role
As a Senior Curriculum Coordinator Executive, you will play a key role in creating learning experiences that solve real business problems by turning client needs into well structured, hands on training content.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the curriculum from start to finish. This includes designing syllabi, creating assignments, setting up grading rubrics, and making sure the materials are relevant and easy to apply. You’ll use AI tools and research to help you work more efficiently, especially when dealing with topics that are new to you. You’ll work closely with clients to understand what they need, then team up with instructors and subject matter experts to develop content that hits the mark. You’ll also manage multiple projects at once, with different timelines and focus areas, so staying organized and detail oriented is essential. Lastly, you’ll collect feedback from learners and instructors after the training is done, and use it to continuously improve your content for future sessions.

Design and develop customized training curricula personalized to each client’s business goals, including syllabi, assignments, and grading rubrics
Translate business challenges into engaging learning experiences by working closely with instructors and subject matter experts
Use AI tools and research to efficiently enhance content, even for topics you’re unfamiliar with, while ensuring quality and clarity
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on curriculum direction, delivery methods, and expected outcomes
Integrate emerging tools and frameworks to enhance classroom engagement and practical application
Manage multiple curriculum projects simultaneously, each with different scopes, formats, and deadlines
Track learning effectiveness and gather feedback from learners and instructors to continuously improve content
Build reusable content assets that balance customization with efficiency for future training programs

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.
✅ Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Fluent in digital and AI savvy: You’re comfortable using AI to help build curriculum even when working on unfamiliar topics. You also know how to identify and incorporate tools that are relevant to the subject matter, like using DALL·E or Canva Magic Design when designing a module on creative AI, so learners gain practical, hands on experience aligned with industry needs.
Client aligned thinker: You are able to develop scalable, tailored curriculum solutions by turning business challenges and needs into outcome focused learning experiences, even when clients are not sure how to articulate what they need.
Learning design consultant: You collaborate with subject matter experts and translate their knowledge into effective learning design, similar to consultants or generalists who can quickly learn any topic and apply it within a structured framework.
End to end project management: You’ve led curriculum projects from zero to launch, gathering messy inputs, managing timelines, and driving quality without hand holding.
Expert in adult learning: You design with clarity, relevance, and application in mind, balancing frameworks with real-world practicality.
Exceptional communicator: You write clearly, present persuasively, and align quickly with stakeholders in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Self directed and fast moving: You spot gaps before they’re problems, ask sharp questions, and move from idea to output without waiting for perfect instructions.
