💡 About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Executive, you won’t just fill roles; you’ll help shape the future of our company. Sitting within the People Operations team, you will lead full-cycle hiring across key functions, acting as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and a brand ambassador to candidates. This is a high-impact role where your ideas, storytelling, and sourcing skills directly influence how we attract top talent and build high-performing teams. 🎯More specifically you will:
Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer, ensuring every candidate journey is thoughtful, seamless, and aligned with our values
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by proactively sourcing through LinkedIn, alumni networks, referrals, and emerging channels
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to translate team needs into clear, strategic hiring plans that drive business impact
Translate data into insight. Track key hiring metrics, optimize what matters, and continuously refine processes for speed, quality, and fairness
Strengthen our employer brand by crafting compelling narratives and improving candidate touchpoints, turning outreach and interviews into meaningful experience

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.
✅ Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
1-2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
You've managed hiring across a range of roles and functions, and know how to balance speed with quality in a structured recruitment process.A sharp eye for the right candidate
Beyond ticking boxes, you know how to assess potential, soft skills, and team fit — not just technical qualifications.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
You’re great at aligning with hiring managers, giving clear updates, and adjusting your tone for different audiences.Fluent in English (written and verbal)
You can communicate clearly and persuasively — whether you're writing outreach messages or having candidate conversations.Exceptional time and priority management
You juggle multiple open roles without compromising candidate experience. You’re structured and intentional in how you move fast.Data aware and always learning
You love diving into hiring metrics and using insights to tweak and improve your approach.
Nice to have:
Experience with AI tools or recruitment automation
You’re curious about leveraging tech to make hiring smoother and more efficient.A natural storyteller
