💡 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale workforce transformation initiatives across industries such as banking, telco and BUMNs.

This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will work directly with senior executives, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and oversee programs such as:

  • Driving execution of enterprise-wide skilling and change programs

  • Delivering end-to-end AI workforce transformation engagements, including assessment, business case development, recommendations, and execution.

  • Building career tracks, competency frameworks, and capability-building plans.


🎯More specifically you will:


Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end management of workforce transformation projects.

  • Translate enterprise goals into concrete workforce strategies and roadmaps.

  • Establish success metrics and governance structures.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client executives.

  • Navigate and align multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units.

  • Handle escalations with professionalism and solution orientation.

Delivery & Quality

  • Guide design and delivery of IT/digital capability frameworks and transformation plans.

  • Oversee execution across consulting workshops, hybrid training, and rollout.

  • Track program outcomes: engagement, satisfaction, and ROI.

Team & Project Management

  • Lead and mentor project teams.

  • Develop clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables at consulting-grade standards.

📍 Please note: This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.

✅ Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Must Haves

  • 5–8 years of experience in project/program management, ideally in organizational consulting or digital transformation.

  • Strong IT and technical knowledge, with exposure to enterprise technology environments.

  • Banking industry experience or deep familiarity with its challenges and dynamics

  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Solid leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, and coordinate teams.


Bonus Points

  • Experience in sales or account management, expanding client relationships.

  • Knowledge of change management frameworks and their application in enterprise settings.
