Minimum Lulusan D3 SDM/Setara; atau
Minimum Lulusan D3 Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Pelatihan dan Pengembangan/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Pelatihan dan Pengembangan + Sertifikat di level Kepala Bagian; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Pelatihan minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Pelatihan dan Pengembangan + Sertifikat Kompetensi di Level Supervisor.
