Minimum Lulusan D3 Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Compensation & Benefits/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau

Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Compensation & Benefits + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau

Sedang menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Compensation & Benefits minimal 6 bulan; atau

Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Compensation & Benefits + Sertifikat Kompetensi di Level Supervisor.
