Minimum Lulusan D3 SDM/Setara; atau
Minimum Lulusan D3 Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan untuk Kepala Bagian Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM + Sertifikat di level Kepala Bagian; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM + Sertifikat Kompetensi di Level Supervisor.
