Can Be Fulfilled by One of the Following
Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM; atau
Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Supervisor; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staf Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Supervisor Rekrutmen minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja 1 tahun sebagai Staf Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Staf.
