Minimum Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia; atau
Minimum Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Sumber Daya Manusia/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Supervisor; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staf Sumber Daya Manusia; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Supervisor Sumber Daya Manusia minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja 1 tahun sebagai Staf Sumber Daya Manusia + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Staf.
