Choose your challenge
At kick-off, pick a real, recurring decision from your role: one tied to a clear KPI that your team faces every week or month.

Build it milestone by milestone
At the end of each milestone, a mentor reviews your checkpoint: your decision and evidence design, your tested prompt pack and AI workflow (built with Claude or n8n), then your implementation and governance plan. In Week 10, you assemble them into one AI Transformation Roadmap, then sharpen it in 2 capstone mentoring sessions.

Program & Schedule
Do I need a technical or IT background to join the AI for Leaders program? +
No. This AI for Leaders program is designed for managers and executives; no coding or technical background is required. The program teaches decision-making frameworks and AI literacy for leaders. You will learn to interpret and act on data without writing code or building models yourself.
How much time do I need to commit per week? +
Expect 6–8 hours per week: 4 hours of live sessions (Tuesday & Thursday evenings) plus 2–4 hours for quizzes, case studies, and capstone work.
What if I miss a live session? +
All live sessions are recorded and available on the learning platform within 24 hours. You can catch up asynchronously, though live attendance is encouraged for Q&A and breakout activities.
What does the hybrid format look like? +
The program runs online on weekday evenings (Tuesday & Thursday, 19:30–21:30 WIB) for 12 weeks, plus 2 on-campus days at ITB Bandung — one immersive cohort session early in the program and a graduation ceremony to close the journey.
Is this AI for Leaders program suitable for managers, executives and business owners? +
Yes. It is designed for people who make or influence business decisions, including managers, functional leaders, executives and business owners. The program focuses on decision quality, AI strategy, organisational adoption and governance—not technical model building.
Curriculum & Capstone
What tools will I use during the program? +
AI assistants: Claude as your primary AI assistant throughout the program, with ChatGPT and Gemini as supporting tools. You learn to get the most out of Claude while understanding where the others fit, so you make informed platform choices for your team, not lock in on just one.
AI automation: n8n, an AI-powered workflow builder. You learn how to best leverage n8n to turn recurring decisions into repeatable workflows your team can run.
How will the program help me make data-driven decisions? +
You learn to frame business decisions, identify the evidence required, assess data quality, communicate insights, compare scenarios and use AI responsibly to improve speed and consistency. These methods are applied in workshops, milestone mentoring, and your AI Transformation Roadmap capstone.
What AI strategy, governance and ROI frameworks will I learn? +
The program covers prioritising AI use cases, evaluating business value, setting responsible-use guardrails, planning adoption and measuring outcomes. The goal is to help leaders decide where AI should—and should not—be used in their organisation.
What will I build in the capstone? +
You build your own AI Transformation Roadmap for a real challenge in your organisation, assembled from four pillars: readiness, workflow redesign, investment case, and governance. It includes a decision playbook, an AI-supported workflow, a 30/60/90 implementation plan, and the deck you defend before the expert panel.
Mentoring & Assessment
Will I get mentoring during the program? +
Yes. You join a small mentor squad. At the end of each of the 3 milestones, your mentor runs a check-in with a live simulation and feedback on your capstone checkpoint. You then get 2 capstone mentoring sessions before your panel defense.
How is the program assessed? +
Each milestone ends with a formative quiz and a case study, three of each across the program. The program closes with your Final Capstone Project and expert panel defense.
