Minimum Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di Manajemen Talenta; atau
Minimum Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Manajemen Talenta/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Supervisor; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staf Manajemen Talenta; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Supervisor Manajemen Talenta minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja 1 tahun sebagai Staf Manajemen Talenta + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Staf.
