Can Be Fulfilled by One of the Following
Lulusan S1 SDM/setara; atau
Lulusan D3 Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di Manajemen Talenta/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Manajemen Talenta + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Manajer Manajemen Talenta minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Kepala Bagian Manajemen Talenta + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level Kepala Bagian.
