Minimum Lulusan D3 SDM/Setara; atau
Minimum Lulusan D3 Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Sumber Daya Manusia/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Sumber Daya Manusia + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Sumber Daya Manusia + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level Supervisor.
