Can Be Fulfilled by One of the Following
Lulusan SLTA + pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia/Sertifikat Pemagangan di Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Staf; atau
Lulusan D1 Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Staf; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Staf Sumber Daya Manusia minimal 6 bulan
