Minimum Lulusan SLTA/setara dan memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal
1 (satu) tahun dibidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia atau memiliki
Sertifikat Pemagangan di bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia atau
memiliki Sertifikat Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi Staf Sumber Daya manusia; atau
Minimum pendidikan D1 Umum dan memiliki Sertifikat Pemagangan
dibidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia atau memiliki Sertifikat
Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi Staf Sumber Daya
Manusia; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Staf Sumber Daya Manusia minimal 6 bulan
