Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Remunerasi + /Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Remunerasi minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Remunerasi + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level Supervisor.
