Lulusan S1 SDM/setara; atau
Lulusan D3 Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di Remunerasi/ Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Remunerasi + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Manajer Remunerasi minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Kepala Bagian Remunerasi + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level Kepala Bagian.
