Requirements to Join the Certification Program

Review the full list below. You only need to meet one requirement to join.

Minimum Lulusan S1 SDM/setara; atau

Minimum Lulusan D3 Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di Remunerasi/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau

Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Remunerasi + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau

Sedang menjabat sebagai Manajer Remunerasi minimal 6 bulan; atau

Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Kepala Bagian Remunerasi + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level Kepala Bagian.

Memenuhi salah satu syarat di atas untuk mengikuti pelatihan
