Lulusan S2 Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Manajer Sumber Daya Manusia + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level General Manajer; atau
Lulusan S1/D4 Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Manajer Sumber Daya Manusia + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level General Manajer; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 4 tahun sebagai Manajer Sumber Daya Manusia + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level General Manager; atau sedang menjabat sebagai General Manajer Sumber Daya Manusia minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Manajer Sumber Daya Manusia + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level General Manager.
