Common questions

We're already using AI. Why do we need external help?

Most teams have adopted point tools. Drafting in ChatGPT, transcribing with Otter, generating decks with Gemini. That's individual productivity, not transformation. Transformation is when an entire workflow gets rebuilt around AI, the team runs it the same way every time, and the output is measurable. Getting from one to the other is where most teams stall, because nobody owns it and tools alone don't solve it.

Why not just hire an AI engineer and build this in-house?

You can, and some clients do alongside us. The constraint usually isn't engineering. It's two other things. First, knowing which workflows to redesign and in what order, which requires interviewing operators across functions and scoring opportunities against business impact. Second, getting the team to actually use what gets built, which is a change problem more than a build problem. We come in to do both, then hand over a playbook your team uses to run the next ones without us.

How is this different from hiring a management consultant?

Consultants deliver decks. We deliver working AI tools your team uses on Monday. The diagnostic and roadmap can look similar on paper. The difference is what gets handed over: redesigned workflows in production, custom AI assistants and agents your team operates, a measurement framework, and trained users. Not a 200-slide PDF.

Our team isn't very tech-savvy. Will this actually work?

The engagement assumes business expertise, not technical depth. We handle the implementation. Your team co-designs the workflow because they know the work, validates outputs against how the job actually gets done, and operates the redesigned process daily. Adoption succeeds when the workflow fits how your people already think, which is why we build it with them, not for them.

What AI tools do you work with, and what happens to our data?

We're tool-agnostic. Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini for the model layer. n8n, Zapier, and custom integrations into your existing systems for orchestration. The right stack depends on three things: data sensitivity, the systems your data lives in, and where the actual bottleneck sits. On data, we work inside your security posture. Enterprise-tier accounts with no training on your inputs, data residency where required, and access controls aligned to the regulations you operate under. The setup is agreed before build work starts, not after.

Do we need to have done AI training first?

Not required, but it accelerates everything. Teams that have been through our AI Training Programs or Executive AI Training know what's realistic to ask for and validate outputs faster. If your team hasn't, we usually pair the engagement with targeted training for the people closest to the workflows being redesigned.

What does it cost?

Engagements are scoped by workflow count, complexity, and integration depth. There's no shelf pricing because there's no shelf product. After the discovery call you get a fixed-price quote with the full scope and deliverables before any commitment.
