How do you make sure participants actually use what they learn?
Most AI training fails the adoption test. Ours is built around three things that change that: every exercise is tailored to your team's real work scenarios, participants build working AI tools by the end of the program, and optional coaching after the program helps drive day-to-day adoption. We measure success by what's still being used 90 days after training ends, not just attendance.
How do you customize the curriculum for our team?
Every engagement starts with a scoping session to map your team roles, tools, and real workflows. We then design exercises and case studies around those, so every module uses scenarios from your business, not generic demos. For regulated industries (banking, telco, government) we adapt for compliance constraints upfront.
How do you keep the content current as AI tools change?
Our curriculum is updated continuously as new models and tools ship. Every cohort gets the latest version, and we stress-test new tools internally before rolling them into programs. Past clients are also briefed on what's changed since their cohort if they want refresh sessions.
Do we need to provide AI tool licenses for participants?
We work with the licenses you already have. We coordinate around your existing stack first. Most clients already have the tools listed above in place. We'll also recommend additional tools worth considering, with a clear cost-benefit so you can decide what's worth adding.
We're in banking/telco/government — can you handle our compliance requirements?
Yes. We've trained teams at regulated enterprises across banking, telecommunications, and government. Compliance scoping happens during the initial session. We adapt curriculum to your data privacy, regulatory, and procurement requirements. Some clients run sessions on-prem or with masked data; we work within your security posture.
