Requirements to Join the Certification Program

Minimum Lulusan D3 SDM/Setara; atau

Minimum Lulusan D3 Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Manajemen Talenta/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau

Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Manajemen Talenta + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Kepala Bagian; atau

Sedang menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Manajemen Talenta minimal 6 bulan; atau

Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Manajemen Talenta + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level Supervisor.

Memenuhi salah satu syarat di atas untuk mengikuti pelatihan
