Can Be Fulfilled by One of the Following
Lulusan S1 SDM/setara; atau
Lulusan D3 Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di Hubungan Industrial/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Hubungan Industrial + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Manajer; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Manajer Hubungan Industrial minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Kepala Bagian Hubungan Industrial + Sertifikat Kompetensi di level Kepala Bagian.
