Minimum Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di Hubungan Industrial; atau
Minimum Lulusan D2 (Semester 4) Umum + Sertifikat Pemagangan di Hubungan Industrial/Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Supervisor; atau
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staf Hubungan Industrial; atau
Sedang menjabat sebagai Supervisor Hubungan Industrial minimal 6 bulan; atau
Pengalaman kerja 1 tahun sebagai Staf Hubungan Industrial + Sertifikat Pelatihan di level Staf.
