A mobile-first e-commerce web app built for Mama Bear, from product catalog to checkout, designed to move sales off marketplaces and onto the brand's own store.
About MamaBear
Mama Bear is an Indonesian brand for mothers, offering ASI boosters, almond-mix drinks, lactation cookies, teas, and gift hampers, and trusted by a large community of mothers. Much of its selling happens through third-party marketplaces.

The Objective
The project set out to give Mama Bear its own mobile-first e-commerce storefront, reducing dependence on marketplaces, owning the customer relationship and data, and bringing marketing and promotions in-house, as a foundation for a stronger direct-to-consumer business.
The Result
Team Pegasus, a nine-person team across frontend and backend led by Faishal T (Bejo), delivered a live, full-stack e-commerce web application over four two-week Agile-Lite sprints. The build moved through four phases: Foundation and the Visual Shell, Discovery and Data Integration, the Transaction Engine, and App Management and Go-Live.

The result is a working storefront at mamabearmart.vercel.app, featuring:
A product catalog with categories (ASI Booster, Almond Mix, Kukis Series, Teh Pelancar ASI, ZoyaMix, Gift and Hampers) and product detail pages.
Product search, a shopping cart, and a full checkout flow.
User accounts with order and transaction history.
Storefront merchandising (hero banners, a countdown sale, highlighted products, customer reviews) and WhatsApp chat integration.

You can explore the live application at mamabearmart.vercel.app, or view the full project presentation deck.
