Increasing Daily Active Users through Developing Feature "Mantor Agree"

‍AgreePedia, a service under Telkom Indonesia, revolutionizes the agricultural sector by fostering interaction and collaboration among various agricultural entities. Their platform, Agree, is designed to maximize collaboration value and support stakeholders in optimizing agricultural processes.

The Objective

‍The primary aim of this project was to develop a new feature intended to boost daily active users and the sign-up rate by 50%. This ambitious goal focused on enhancing user engagement and providing more value to users, particularly new entrants into agriculture.

The Result

Santri successfully developed a feature that offers personalized guidance to new users, simplifying the cultivation process and ensuring a seamless farming experience. The usability testing results were highly positive, indicating that the new feature was especially helpful for beginners. It also showed that all participants were able to successfully complete tasks during testing, demonstrating the feature’s effectiveness and user-friendly design.
